Zofeia products are handcrafted in small batches and made with natural botanical oils, natural essential oils, and beeswax, with no added preservatives or chemical stabilizers. As a result, each batch may show slight variations in color, texture, or surface appearance (e.g., small air bubbles or minor flow marks), and may also change naturally with temperature:

• In warmer temperatures: the texture may become softer, or slight oil seepage / separation may occur.
• In cooler temperatures: the texture may firm up or feel harder.

These are normal characteristics of the product and do not affect quality or performance. If you are concerned about uniform appearance or texture changes, please consider carefully before placing an order. Returns/refunds will not be accepted for handcrafted variations or temperature-related texture changes.

Zofeia 產品為人手小批量製作，且採用天然植物油、天然精油與蜂蠟配方，不添加防腐劑及化學穩定劑。因此每批產品在顏色、質地、表面紋理等方面可能出現輕微差異（如細小氣泡、流痕），並可能因氣溫而有自然變化：

• 氣溫較高：質地可能稍為變軟，或出現輕微出油／油脂分離；
• 氣溫較低：質地可能較為凝固或偏硬。

以上均屬產品特性，不影響品質與正常使用效果。如對外觀一致性或質地變化較為介意，請於下單前慎重考慮；恕不接受以手作差異或溫差造成之質地變化為由的退貨／退款。
